05x11 Pittsburgh Steelers at New Orleans Saints
Tulane Stadium had one more NFL season squeezed out of it in 1974, as construction of the Superdome lagged behind. The Steelers came to New Orleans with a new commitment. Terry Bradshaw was reinserted at starting QB, and Steve Furness subbed for Ernie Holmes on the defensive line. Pittsburgh, seeking to play Super Bowl IX in this same stadium, took out the Saints 28-7.
